We follow the below-given production process to attain excellence:
- Slitting: The CRGO steel is silted to a minimum width of 10 mm and multiples of 5 mm. We frequently grind the cutters to manage the burr level.
- Shearing: The silted coils are properly sheared at an angle of 45 degrees in the treadle shearing machine. We take utmost care while grinding the blades at a specific interval of time to remove the burr level of not more than 10 microns.
- V-Notching: V-notching in the yoke plates is done using semi-automatic power presses and dies of tungsten carbide for attuning the zero burr level.
- Stress-Relieving Annealing: In this process, the stresses of the stacked lamination enhance the losses that are relieved by subjecting the lamination to a roller hearth stress-relieving annealing furnace.
- Testing: In addition to the above processes, different tests are also conducted on samples of the CRGO or CRNGO Raw Material. The end-products are properly packed on the wooden pallets and covered by the water-proof cloth duly to ensure no damage to the core edges. Lamination is done for managing losses, bending, burr levelling, and insulation.
